Refund and Returns Policy

At wowlovebooks.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to enjoy every purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, our Refund and Returns Policy ensures a transparent and fair process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Products such as gift cards, downloadable digital goods, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at kjagjfqe@wowlovebooks.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions, including a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Ship the product back using a secure and trackable method. Items without an RA number may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where items were defective or shipped in error.

4. Exchanges

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping services. We cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you do not receive a refund after 10 business days, please:
    • Check with your bank or card provider (processing times vary).
    • Contact us if the issue persists.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase before fulfillment.
  • Once processed, orders cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
